Sovereign Conglomerate Execution Swarm v1.0. A faithful standalone demo of the source blueprint: PMLA atomic agents, the Context MUX, the mission cycle, the edge mesh, the cellular swarm, the gaps, and the economics. This page is a browser simulation of a design document. It is not a live swarm, not a deployment, and not proof of autonomous operation.
A demo of the blueprint for an autonomous agent swarm built for a Sovereign Conglomerate model: replace human workflows with Execution Engines that keep Semantic Parity and use a Context MUX to cut hallucinations. The core unit is the Atomic Agent. The core loop is PMLA, Prompt-as-Memory Loop Architecture: the output of one agent loop becomes the refined memory for the next.
Source claim, not verified fact: the source presents PMLA as eliminating hallucinations through deterministic state threading. No benchmark or live run in the source proves that claim.
1. Intake. Agent Alpha (Signal Intelligence) scores raw prospects 1 to 10 and keeps those at 5 or above.
2. Synthesis. Agent Beta (Outreach Synthesis) composes personalized outreach per vertical.
3. Transmission. Electron tool wrappers send through email and sync to CRM, capped by the Constitution at 20 thrusts per day.
4. Arbitration. Agent Gamma (Response Arbitration) handles inbound replies and drafts follow-ups.
5. Optimization. The mission summary is committed back to the Context MUX as refined memory for the next cycle.
Three Atomic types, three primary agents, one shared memory bus, one Constitution. Select a tab to inspect each part. All definitions below are taken from Section 1 to 5 of the source blueprint.
| Type | Role | Source label |
|---|---|---|
| PROTON | Core logic, decision engines, reasoning cores | core_logic |
| NEUTRON | State management, validation, persistence | data_stability |
| ELECTRON | Tool wrappers, API interfaces, input/output | external_exec |
Every agent in the swarm is one Atomic Agent with an agent ID, an atomic type, a link to the Context MUX, and an execution log. The three primary agents are all Proton class. Electrons in the source are the Email Electron (SMTP via SendGrid in the sample config) and the CRM Electron (Notion in the sample config).
Source claim: the typology is presented as the complete agent taxonomy in the blueprint. The docx does not show a Neutron-class agent implementation.
Mission: decompose raw prospect lists into qualified targets. Input: raw CSV or JSON prospect data. Output: scored, validated prospect vectors with qualification metadata.
| Scoring vector | Rule (source) | Points |
|---|---|---|
| Size | 50+ employees | +3 |
| Size | 10 to 49 employees | +2 |
| Size | 5 to 9 employees | +1 |
| Authority | Owner, CEO, or Founder title | +3 |
| Authority | VP, Director, or Head title | +2 |
| Intent | Notes mention hiring, funding, or expansion | +2 |
Score is capped at 10. Minimum qualification threshold is 5. Data confidence is 0.95 with a LinkedIn URL and 0.70 without. Try the exact algorithm in the Qualification Calculator in section 6.
Mission: generate hyper-personalized outreach sequences. Input: qualified prospects from Signal Intelligence. Output: composed email payloads with send schedules.
| Vertical | Tone (source) | Hook (source) |
|---|---|---|
| Real estate | Fast-paced, commission-driven | Faster deal flow without the research overhead |
| Roofing | Blue-collar direct, ROI-obsessed | 8 hours bid prep to 45 minutes |
| Defense | Compliance-aware, security-conscious | Intelligence preparation without clearance bottlenecks |
| Legal | Not templated in source | Uses the cold generic structure |
| Private equity | Not templated in source | Uses the cold generic structure |
Cold generic structure: hook, context, proof, offer, CTA, opt-out. Constraints: maximum 180 words, minimum 3 personalization tokens. Send-time map: real estate 9:00, roofing 5:00, defense 14:00, legal 10:30, general 10:00. Personalization score: company in body +0.4, first name +0.3, vertical +0.3.
Source claims, not verified facts: the template proof lines (40 percent higher conversion, 60+ production deployments, ITAR compliance) appear in the source with no supporting evidence in the docx.
Mission: handle inbound telemetry, classify replies, and draft follow-ups. Input: inbound reply data (webhooks, IMAP polling). Output: response draft with priority, plus CRM sync payload.
Behavior in the source orchestrator: if the draft priority is immediate, the Email Electron auto-sends the reply. All arbitration results sync to CRM through the CRM Electron. In the telemetry dashboard, arbitration sits at STANDBY until a reply arrives.
Gap: the docx gives Gamma a prompt header but far less implementation detail than Alpha and Beta. Its classification rules are not specified in the source. See Honest Gaps.
The Context MUX is the multiplexer routing state between Atomic Agents. It holds a memory bus of MemoryVector snapshots. Each vector carries a vector ID, timestamp, agent origin, phase, payload, a SHA-256 checksum truncated to 16 characters, and a constitutional alignment score. Commit rule: a vector is admitted only after the constitutional check passes. A failed check sets alignment to 0.0, increments parity violations, and returns nothing. When the bus exceeds the context horizon, legacy state is compressed by neural summarization.
| Constitutional directive | Value (source) |
|---|---|
| Max daily thrust (email volume limit) | 20 |
| Semantic parity threshold (quality gate) | 0.85 |
| Kill-switch spam rate | 0.001 (0.1%) |
| Context horizon (memory window size) | 10 vectors |
| Neural compression (state summarization) | true |
| Prohibited vectors | deceptive_subject_lines, unverified_claims, personal_email_extraction |
Telemetry tracked on the MUX: cycles completed, parity violations, state transfers.
| Phase | Source value | Agent |
|---|---|---|
| INTAKE | signal_acquisition | Alpha |
| SYNTHESIS | thrust_vectoring | Beta |
| ARBITRATION | telemetry_response | Gamma |
| OPTIMIZATION | trajectory_correction | Orchestrator |
The mission cycle runs Intake, then Synthesis, then Transmission, then Arbitration on reply, then Optimization. If Intake qualifies zero targets, the cycle aborts with status aborted and reason no_qualified_targets. If state transfers reach the daily thrust limit of 20, the loop halts with a constitutional abort.
Figure 1. Orbital topology redrawn from the ASCII schematic in the source blueprint, Section 5. The Constitution sits above all three Atomic types. The Context MUX validates state between agents. Transmission is capped at 20 thrusts per day.
Figure 2. PMLA loop data flow from the source blueprint. Cycle N intake, N+1 synthesis, N+2 transmission, N+3 arbitration, N+4 refined memory feeding the next intake.
Total logical agents: 5,150. Live sessions: 0 on this page, and none claimed anywhere in the source. The cellular-division section of the source proposes a different scale figure, 10,000 specialized hunters in colonies of 50 to 100 agents with 24-hour lifespans, which conflicts with the 5,150 design target. Both are design-stage numbers. See Honest Gaps.
The source also architects a Cloudflare Edge Sovereign Mesh around the swarm. Select a layer.
Cloudflare Access gates the admin panel. No device reaches it until manually approved in the Cloudflare dashboard. Device enrollment flow: install Cloudflare WARP, generate a client certificate, send the certificate details to the admin, admin approves. Device posture rule in the source: client certificate with common name matching *.neuruh.trusted. Cost in the source table: 50 users free, then 7 dollars per user per month, 7 dollars for a single user.
Worker 1 in the source. Zero-Trust protected entry point. Routes requests, enforces device approval, and hands stateful work to the Swarm Coordinator Durable Object. The source notes a gap here: no automated financial circuit breaker in the coordinator, so an AI spending 500 dollars a day on API calls with zero percent conversion for two weeks would only be noticed manually in the Cloudflare bill.
The stateful singleton that holds swarm state. In the cellular-division design it becomes the SwarmCollective: colonies keyed by vertical (defense, real estate, crypto, biotech) and strategy (aggressive, stealth, volume, precision). Colony defaults in the source: 50 agents at spawn, 24-hour lifespan (86,400,000 ms), reproduction rate 0.1, hourly evolution tick, 5 percent mutation on clones, kill agents under 100 dollars revenue, spawn a new colony in an adjacent vertical above 50,000 dollars colony revenue.
Source workers: Meta-Cognition, Signal Scanner, Economic Guardian, Security Firewall. The Economic Guardian is specified to track cost in a ledger table and halt execution on ROI breaches. The Security Firewall is the prompt-injection defense layer, listed as a critical gap in the source gap analysis. Multi-modal hunting in the source adds a Voice Synthesis Swarm (1000 calls per day in the sample), a Browser Automation Army (Playwright), and Physical Mail Automation (Lob.com letters for 10,000 dollar plus deals).
Source claims, not verified facts: the voice, browser, and mail hunters are code sketches in the docx, not deployed systems.
D1 for the cost ledger and state, R2 for storage, Tail Workers for audit logging. The source flags the audit gap explicitly: logs can be tampered with, and the missing piece is blockchain-style append-only logs (Arweave or Filecoin named in the source). Secrets management in the source: Cloudflare Secrets Store, unlimited, 0 dollars in the cost table.
Figure 3. Edge mesh layers from the source Cloudflare section. Deployment checklist in the source: Phase 1 Cloudflare setup 15 minutes, Phase 2 Zero Trust 30 minutes, Phase 3 deploy 5 minutes. Those times are source claims, not measured.
The swarm does not stand alone in the source. It registers into the PMLA memory-node architecture and the DIMEA Core loop. The source leaves three registration questions open, quoted here as open questions, not answers.
| Node | Role in source |
|---|---|
| M01 DIMEA Core | Constitution and mission alignment. The swarm routes execution through DIMEA alignment checks. |
| M05 Mirror Agent | Weekly reflection and self-optimization. Receives swarm telemetry for recalibration. |
| M09 FounderOS | Life and work dashboard in Notion. Receives metrics telemetry. |
| M11 Trigger Pattern Router | Candidate host slot for the orchestrator. Open question in the source. |
| M14 MetaLoop Bridge | Candidate host slot for the orchestrator. Open question in the source. |
| M23 Outreach Swarm | This swarm's own module slot: business development. |
| M04 REI Trigger Stack | Adjacent signal source. Cross-domain fusion is an open question: should the swarm listen to REI signals. |
Every formula below is taken from the source code in the docx. Nothing here contacts a server. All math runs in your browser.
Exact source algorithm: size plus authority plus intent, capped at 10, threshold 5.
Source formulas: thrust efficiency = sent / intake. Signal quality = qualified / intake. Constitutional alignment = 1 - (violations / 100).
Base paid tier from the source: Workers 5, Durable Objects 5, D1 5, R2 1, Zero Trust 7, Secrets 0. Total 23 dollars per month. Overage rates from the same table.
Source rules: kill agents under 100 dollars revenue, top 5 alphas clone with 5 percent mutation, new colony above 50,000 dollars colony revenue. Reproduction rate 0.1.
Source formulas: K-factor = invites per user x conversion rate x (1 - churn rate). Critical mass = ceiling(CAC / (LTV x network strength)). Available capital = (revenue - costs) - 0.1 x costs. Sustainable when available capital is above 0.
Run the source sample prospect through the full cycle. The sample prospect is from the docx itself: John Smith, Acme Roofing, 25 employees, Owner, notes "Growing fast, hiring 3 estimators". No email is sent. Each step logs to the mission log below.
Three one-click samples. Each loads its inputs into the calculators and the walkthrough log so you can verify the math by hand.
Two meters. The first is this demo's coverage of the source blueprint. The second is your deployment checklist: fill the fields and the missing list shrinks. Both update live.
78 percent (14 of 18 source sections represented). Covered: constitution, atomic types, 3 agents, MUX, mission cycle, topology diagram, MCP integration, edge mesh, cost table, gaps, cellular division, autonomy dial, deployment checklist, memory nodes. Not covered as interactive parts: full MCP server code listings, the Notion database schemas, and the SkillsMP publishing specs. Those exist in the docx as code and schema text; this demo summarizes them instead of reproducing 500 lines of code.
0 percent complete

The source presents Level 3 as a configuration choice, not as a tested operating state. The gap list (no kill switch, no injection firewall, no immutable audit trail) is the reason this demo does not recommend Level 3.
